Cista is a secure document vault app that lets you photograph, organize, and track important personal documents — passports, driver's licenses, insurance cards, leases, warranties, and more. If it expires or needs to be found quickly, Cista is the right place for it.

Open the app, tap the + button, and point your camera at the document. Cista uses AI to automatically detect and extract key details — like the document name, issuing authority, and expiration date. Review the extracted info, confirm, and it's saved securely.

Yes. All documents are stored encrypted in Firebase, Google's enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Your documents are never shared with third parties or used for advertising. Only you can access your vault.

When Cista detects an expiration date on a document, it schedules push notifications to remind you before the deadline — typically at 90, 30, and 7 days out. You can customize reminder timing in your notification settings.

Deleting a document removes it permanently from your vault. This action cannot be undone. We recommend reviewing documents carefully before deleting. Your subscription status is not affected by deletions.

Tap the Upgrade banner in the app or go to Settings → Plan. Premium unlocks unlimited document storage, priority reminders, and additional sharing features. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play.

Yes — Cista is available on both iOS and Android. Your vault syncs automatically across devices when signed in to the same account.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
